Fat Tire, The Beer School Guys welcome you!

As you have most likely heard, New Belgium Brewery’s Fat Tire Ale has arrived in Nashville. We are beyond excited. On this 4th of July, we celebrate our independence from crappy beer by pouring ourselves a cold one! We also love the fact that the bottles say “Voluntarily Available in Tennessee” ~ this might be a limited edition bottle so go buy some Fat Tire Nashville!!

FYI…it’s as good a everyone says it is.  It’s available just about everywhere (22 oz. bottles for around $2.99) This is an A+ Amber Ale. Enjoy your independence! Also available is the New Belgium Mothership Wit beer (Organic wheat) and the 1554 Brown Ale.  Brian found both of these at the 4 Stop Market at the corner of 14th and Woodland on the East Side.  Happy BEERdependence Day, BEer Safe this weekend and all that other stuff about responsibility!

    Was very excited to try this beer. Had it as well as the 1554 Enlightened Black Ale. Both were great.

    Great blog- you found me on twitter. And there I was at the Teeter today up in the Meade and around the corner appeared the FAT TIRE. I bought 4 bottles. YUMMY. Black Ale had a surprisingly fruity chocolate body. Yeah! Thanks for the tip.

    I love all the beers from the New Belgium brewery. I’ve been waiting for this stuff to some to Tennessee since I first moved here (6 months ago). Fat Tire is probably one of my all time favorites.

    I picked up Mothership Wit this weekend from the local Publix and all I can say is awesome. This is probably the only beer they brew that I hadn’t tasted prior to last weekend.

    Keep up the great posts and maybe we can kick back a couple beers together sometime.
